My practice is dedicated to my clients. I strive to be an enabler, rather than a point of contention. I work to effectively manage legal risk while simultaneously reaching agreements between parties. I believe in the value of relationships and in the role that the legal arm of a business has in these negotiations.

The most important asset to any company, especially a small start-up, is a proper foundation. My practice seeks to build and maintain these foundations so that my clients may have profitable and healthy business in the future.

I believe that the success of a legal practice must be based on the results that it produces for its clients. In order to achieve success, I seek to better understand the client and their unique requirements. I go above and beyond to provide the best legal advice and service possible. BIO

Born and raised in Southern California, Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pepperdine University, majoring in Business Administration and then earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. Michael in currently licensed to practice law in the State of California.

While at Pepperdine School of Law, Michael took part in the London International Externship program working for the prestigious Gottesman Jones & Partners LLP in London, UK. While at Gottesman Jones & Partners LLP, Michael was responsible for drafting and negotiating multi-million dollar contracts as well as overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions. Michael later worked in Washington D.C. for the General Counsel of Capital Impact Partners where he focused on drafting corporate policy, negotiating corporate contracts, and strategizing corporate compliance management.

Prior to law, Michael co-founded and managed an energy efficient lighting and solar company servicing Fortune 500 customers. Michael later worked for TRANE® in Shanghai, China as a Value Stream Mapping Production specialist. It is his background in business that drove him to seek a career in the practice of business law.

While not engaged in the practice of law, Michael enjoys photography, traveling, skiing, hiking, and most importantly spending time with his family.
